Outplacement Program

The Outplacement Program is focusing to be a guide on job search strategies and interview performances as well as helping to ease coping with lay off process. This includes interviews as well as individual coaching sessions and training programs for large employee groups.

The purpose of the training program is to provide employees with a goal to set for themselves and to plan the steps they will take. The purpose of this training is to help the participants in exploring their strengths and developing features, to be bore focus oriented during their job search and improving their interview performances.
