We are looking for a “Regional HR Generalist” for one of our multinational client which is operating in manufacturing industry in Turkey.  He/she is responsible for executing the new HR initiatives and contributes to the implementation of HR strategy in terms of HR policies, processes and procedures in the regional office as well as in the subsidiaries of the Middle East and Central Asia (MECA) region with the Regional HR Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Psychology, and etc.) and graduate degree on HR management may be an asset,
  • Min. 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in a global environment (Performance Management, Employee Relationship Management, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)
  • Capable of working with outsource partners (consultancy companies, agencies, etc.)
  • Familiar with HR Analytics and Project Management
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English, French may be an asset
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Regional HR Director in the execution of HR business plan and strategy, by leading and proposing new projects and initiatives in the region
  • Executes all HR processes in the regional office and supports the subsidiaries where necessary (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relationship Management, Training & Development, Expat Management, Reporting and Internal Communication)
  • Supports Regional HR Director and Regional Organizational Development Manager in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Career Management processes; actively taking part in the execution of the process as well the projects
  • Reports HR key performance indicators of the region on a quarterly basis; collects, analyzes and consolidates all related information of subsidiaries and presents results to Regional HR Director for further actions
  • Advises, assists, and supports both line managers and employees in the HR processes proactively as a Business Partner
  • Supports Regional HR Director and Regional Organizational Development Manager in HR Budget process
  • Coordinates all internal communication activities in order to enhance employee engagement and motivation
  • Coordinates employer branding activities in order to monitor and increase company reputation and attractiveness - in line with with the Corporate Guideline
  • Collects nominations for trainings from line managers and prepares priority and participation lists; participates in training needs analysis process during budget period
  • Assists and follows up expat processes in regional office
