We’re looking for a “Tool Expert” for our multinational and consumer goods and cooling industry leader customer. Associate will be a member of a multi-location international team, the position is located in Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min Bsc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Expertise in tooling technology for stamping or plastics parts
• Expertise in repair for tools, understanding of rework possibilities of tools and ability to evaluate tools on possibilities of refurbishment
• Understanding of cost for new tooling
• English language skills on business level
• Problem-solving orientated method of working

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Driving the optimization of supplier tooling from a technological perspective for stamping tools or plastic injection molds
• Evaluation of supplier tools in terms of technology, cost and design
• Checking tools at suppliers for possibilities of refurbishment
• Reporting of status, needs and cost for the management
• Development of tools and methods for supplier tooling evaluation in terms of technical and cost requirements
• Responsibility for global budgeting and management of supplier tooling in one of the technology fields
