Required Qualifications

• Graduated from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related departments.
• Preferably holds a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) certificate.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax regulations.
• Deep knowledge of tax regulations and financial regulations, with the ability to follow current legal regulations.
• Proficient in general accounting and the Uniform Chart of Accounts, experienced in financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Experience with tax returns, SGK declarations, and e-invoice processes.
• Preferably experienced in Portfolio Management Companies and familiar with the SPK reporting process.
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, and attention to detail.
• Leadership and team management skills, able to contribute to team development with strong communication skills.

Job Description

• Manage the company’s general accounting processes and financial reporting in compliance with legal regulations.
• Ensure that month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures are completed on time and accurately.
• Manage tax returns, e-invoices, e-archives, and e-ledger processes.
• Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, and present profitability and cost analyses to management.
• Prepare management reports and present them to senior management, coordinate auditing processes.
• Establish internal control mechanisms to minimize error risks in accounting processes and contribute to system improvements.
