
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Business Solutions Coordinator who will play a hybrid role between business users, technical teams, and external partners. This role will not only provide functional support to end-users but also take ownership in improving and evolving the CRM system in line with business needs. You will be responsible for analyzing new requirements, identifying improvement areas in current processes, designing functional solutions, and managing CRM, PowerApps, Power BI-related initiatives end-to-end. You will also coordinate with external stakeholders such as CRM consultants, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy both user interaction and system ownership—who can solve problems, communicate clearly, and continuously drive improvements in CRM and some global applications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Faculties of universities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects, preferably loyalty programs, campaign management, data analysis and reporting
- Basic knowledge of CRM architecture, entities, workflows and customizations
- Strong knowledge of project management processes
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong skills in business analysis, process design, and understanding user needs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Requires knowledge on Authorization management and compliance
- Multitasking; shifting smoothly from one task to another, ability to manage several projects and support functionalities at the same time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analyzing requirements from business units and proposing solutions
- Executing end-to-end project documentation processes
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of incidents and implementation of enhancements
- Serve as the first point of contact for all CRM service requests
- Coordinating with relevant business units and business partners on all CRM and cross-platform integrations, analysis and testing
- Drive end to end delivery of CRM projects from scratch, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions
- Support system updates, tests and user acceptance testing processes
- Assess training requirements and coordinate the delivery of global applications
- Manage all daily problems for global applications
- Execute vendor management of local partners for support activities of the programs
- Perform all requirements of legal regulation KVKK for responsible business applications with support of external partners
- Performing daily business in compliance with ISO Quality System approaches (IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) to ensure information security policy and procedures. Report all information security events
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365
- Prior involvement in digital transformation or ERP related projects
- Familiarity with PowerApps Application
- Experience with Power BI reporting tool
