We are looking for a CFO who will be a key member of our customer's management board. This role will be based in Bursa.

She/He will partner with core commercial and other cross-functional teams to deliver growth and financial commitments. Through insightful and data-driven analysis, he/she will lead growth and profitability improvement initiatives and work with the cross-functional teams to understand and boost the key drivers of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in production industry’s financial management,
• Experience of working effectively at a senior level, including partnership with large suit of experienced C-Levels,
• Can demonstrate a depth of proven experience in complex, cross-organizational project management and organizational business planning,
• Have a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects,
• Proven experience of effective strategic thinking, detailed planning and the ability to deliver to clear long-term objectives,
• Strong talent builder, inspirational leader (Excellent management skills),
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Forward looking and dynamic mindset,
• Very strong commercial acumen (identifies opportunities and make them happen),

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Builds mid/long term financial models, strategic planning, analyzing and ensuring meticulous execution of the plans,
• Challenge existing business cases and products by focusing on unit profitability or other financial aspects of the business and recommends changes to current strategies to improve performance analyzes competitor strategies to determine how they are impacting the industry and consumer dynamics,
• Executes and transforms existing financial systems and reporting for maximizing value generation,
• Optimizes cash flow and profitability with long term growth mindset and cross-functional leadership,
• Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make strategic recommendations,
• Leads benchmarking for improving core business profitability and identifying opportunities,
• Builds instant rebate and unit / merchant based economics modeling that will transform abilities,
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets,
• Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods,
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of transformation and reorganization
