Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields (preferably Master's/MBA)
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in corporate communication, brand communication, and marketing communication, with at least 5 years in senior management positions
  • Preferably has experience in the luxury consumption sectors (automotive, jewelry, fashion, premium products, high-segment service sectors)
  • Has managed ATL, BTL, digital media, and social media communication processes end-to-end, strong in both strategy and implementation
  • Deep knowledge in event management, launching, and designing and implementing experience-focused customer events
  • Familiar with global brand communication standards; experience working with international agencies, media, and business partners
  • Experienced in crisis communication and reputation management, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Possesses a strong network of media relations and can effectively collaborate with press and digital media representatives
  • Experienced in working with boards of directors, CEOs, and C-Level teams; strong strategic presentation and reporting skills
  • Successful in leadership, team management, and agency/supplier management; results-oriented
  • Able to understand the expectations of luxury segment customers and manage brand experience accordingly
  • Proficient in advanced English
  • Capable of strategic thinking, innovative, with strong communication and representation skills, and high work discipline

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create and implement the corporate communication strategy and annual communication plan suitable for the luxury consumption sector
  • Develop comprehensive communication policies aimed at strengthening brand positioning and corporate reputation
  • Manage the design, budget, and execution of ATL (TV, print, outdoor, etc.) and BTL (events, sponsorships, CRM activities, etc.) communication projects
  • Implement the company's digital communication strategy (social media, content production, influencer collaborations, digital campaigns), maintaining the brand's online presence at premium standards
  • Plan and manage launches, invitations, and experience-focused events specifically designed for the upper segment customer group
  • Represent the company at the highest level in global brand collaborations, international fairs, galas, and events
  • Manage media relations; ensure the company's strategic visibility in print, visual, and digital media
  • Create crisis communication plans and proactively manage potential reputation risks
  • Develop corporate social responsibility projects and carry out the company’s social benefit communication
  • Coordinate internal communication processes (employee engagement, corporate culture communication, executive communications)
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Management to align communication activities with company goals
  • Manage collaborations with domestic and international agencies, media planning, creative teams, and strategic business partners
