QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement processes
• Graduate from universities in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Knowledgeable in supplier relations, contract management, and cost analysis
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office programs, ERP purchasing modules, and e-tender portals
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, result-oriented
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Preferably experienced in import regulations

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies for the designated category
• Efficient management of the supplier portfolio and developing partnerships with new suppliers
• Conducting market research to evaluate price advantages and cost improvement opportunities
• Managing purchasing processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders through periodic meetings with suppliers
• Conducting alternative supplier research and approval processes for existing and new raw materials, auxiliary materials, and service procurements
• Collecting price quotations from suppliers; organizing tenders and conducting negotiations in accordance with specifications and purchasing procedures
• Managing and monitoring the entire process from receiving quotes to ensuring the order is delivered under the required conditions for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and services,
• Managing the supplier audit and evaluation process, measuring and improving supplier performance
• Preparing and optimizing the purchasing budget
