We are looking for a “NVH Perfomance Engineer” for our customer who is one of the leading international manufacturer of motor vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering departments (preferably graduated from mechanical, mechatronics, automotive engineering)
• Excellent level in English, French is an asset
• More than 3 years of technical experience on NVH, preferably in automotive industry
• Persuasive, Creative and Good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Activities:

The activities of the NVH Customer Performance Leader apply to all noise (inc. exterior noise) and vibrations of the vehicle for which he is responsible.

These activities are carried out from the Pre-Contract (VPC) until the end of marketing of the versions

Activities

• The deployment of the performance in technical specifications and the drafting of recommendations to achieve them,
• The planning of the works of the sector for which he is responsible,
• Carrying out the developments (tests, validation)
• Evaluation of competitor vehicles
• Subjective evaluations and objective measurements to conclude the NVH opinion from customer point of view

The PPC will functionally manage resources

• By expressing its calculation or test needs to technicians
• By accepting the calculations or tests carried out
• By giving critical feedback on the work carried out by the technician, via an opinion given on the individual interview and/or the feedback given on the quality of the tests carried out
• The PPC NVH is a privileged customer of the profession’s actions in progress in the acoustic job units. As such, his mission is to propose the actions necessary for the deployment of acoustic and vibration services, and to ensure consistency between the actions undertaken and the expectations of his project
