We are looking for a “Prototype Engagement Engineer” for our customer who is one of the leading international manufacturer of motor vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree of Engineering (Mechanical & Aeronautical & Automotive) or above,
• Knowledge of the Customer Performances,
• Autonomous, open-minded, constructive and curious (vs technical),
• Ability to adapt to the constraints of the project pace,
• Be constructive with an interest in business development and push topics,
• Fluent in English (TOEIC: >750),

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributes to the realization and profitability of vehicle projects:
  • Pilots the centralization, optimization and validation of prototype plans for milestones:
• Builds the prototype plans in accordance with the Framework Note and Master Planing for the best performance, based on:
  • Contextualizing the experience feedback of the projects carried out so far and the best internal references
  • Optimizing centralization requests o to achieve the Project cost targets
  • Optimizing the number of test supports for validation together with the team responsible for carrying out the Validation Plan
• In close connection with the Project Planning Engineer (IPP), proposes, based on V3P (Project Planning) standards, the positioning of the deadlines for various batches
• Preparation of arbitration files and piloting of meetings for level 2 milestones (CF, VPC, CO)
• Contributes to the launch of prototype batches:
  • Pilots the transition of Level 2 milestones (CF, VPC, CO), contributes to the elaboration of the definition forum, formalizes the final definition of the prototype batches & definition and freezing number of supports
  • Participates in batch launch meetings piloted by IST Proto
• Contributes to DEA-TV performance by capitalizing:
  • Synthesis of the differences between the Project and the standards in accordance with the Company PROTO Plan
  • Synthesis of good practices and animation of QCStory for the treatment of dysfunctions
