PURPOSE OF ROLE

The position is responsible for leading Finance Transformation agenda and drive actions to deliver company financial goals. FP&A Senior Manager will orchestrate P/L and Cash strategies and engage the business to undertake the necessary actions. The individual will undertake the strategist role in determining the direction of the business and will act as a catalyst in the decision-making process. FP&A Senior Manager will play a critical role on business planning cycle in coordination with Europe and Global teams.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning or related fields in

FMCG

• Good command of verbal and written English
• Demonstrating leadership to achieve better results
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead finance strategy and transformation agenda across the company
• Drive portfolio revenue growth and strategic financial plans to reach company goals
• Act as strategic business partner and collaborate with multifunctional teams to achieve company financial goals
• Lead category and channel portfolio analysis and innovation plans in line with company financial goals
• Ensure robust Cash Management process and efficiency plans in place across the company
• Manage an accurate & timely financial plan/budget process. Drive productivity agenda across different spent pool items
• Make scenario planning analyses for strategic planning activities
• Improve and streamline processes and flows to increase the effectiveness and efficiency to enhance financial capabilities
• Abide by all company internal compliance requirements, competition law rules and regulations under all circumstances while executing all the responsibilities
