She completed her undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Business Administration and worked on specialization in the field of Human Resources with various trainings and courses. Bensu, who met Hugent during her student years, started her professional life as a Researcher as of 2021. In this process, she supported our consultants in our selection and placement projects.

Although she mainly works in information technology sector projects, she continues to support all projects as a Consultant within Hugent as of January 2023. Reading books, conducting research on natural phenomena and personal development are among her interests.
