Description

We are looking for a General Manager for our customer, which is a dynamic and rapidly growing production company that prides itself on innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled products. This role will manage 2 plants which are located in Manisa and Kocaeli during M&A process. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to join the leadership team.

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial or related technical engineering. Master degree in economics, business development or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Deputy General Manager, Managing Director or General Manager in a similar capacity in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and business operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • English language skills must be advanced.
  • No travel restrictions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead the M&A process with executive team in setting goals and priorities aligned with the company's vision and values.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and performance.
  • Implement best practices and processes to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
  • Manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and expenditures.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to all employees, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and competitive threats.
