We are looking for a “Human Values Specialist” for our customer which is leading in packaging industry. This role will be based in Çiğli/İzmir

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related faculties
• Must have advanced English knowledge level for speech and reporting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the HR Functions espcially recruitment
• Be able to use MS Office programs and ERP programs, highly proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical approach and team player
• Ability to work up, down, and across an organization, process-oriented
• Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all HR processes and operations which are managed from the Human Values Team Leader
• Carry out CV scanning, candidate invitation, interview organization, post-interview evaluation activities, offer and recruitment activities for all positions under his/her responsibility
• Prepare the reports requested by the relevant manager
• Follow the processes of change of duty, appointment, promotion, etc.
• Support and update new implementation HR processes, organization charts and procedures
• Ensure that the job descriptions are updated
• Contribute and follow the performance management system
