Description

We’re looking for a “Sales Manager” for our leading customer which is operating in the automotive and consumer goods production industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing the export sales activities and performance of the sales team within the company. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with European customers. You will also play a crucial role in analyzing European market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, especially in commercial vehicles with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business success
  • Excellent English language skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
  • Determine pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to maximize sales and profitability
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and address customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and services
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote company products
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, margins, and market share
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve products and services
