We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our client, a company specialized in the manufacturing of maintenance equipment and providing maintenance services for industrial facilities. This role will be based in Adana.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial systems and/or HVAC
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, especially for technical communication
• Able to conduct field visits and deliver technical presentations
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with technical drawings/documentation
• Holds a valid Class B driving license and is an active driver
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Willing and able to travel
• Currently residing in Adana or willing to relocate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the sales processes of the company's products and services
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers, analyzing their needs
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate new customer accounts
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Prepare offers and follow up on contract processes
• Achieve sales targets and report regularly
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up support after sales
