This role will take key responsibility in bringing the real estate projects developed by the company to market, achieving sales targets, and increasing investor satisfaction. At the same time, it will strategically contribute to project development, feasibility, and implementation processes by utilizing technical expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the Architecture department of universities
- At least 15 years of professional experience in real estate development, project management, investment, and marketing processes
- Management experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts, contracting, project development, or the construction sector.
- Experienced in managing sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets with measurable success stories
- Experienced in market positioning of large-scale projects, brand communication, and development of sales-marketing strategies
- Strong relationship management skills in investor relations, corporate client management, and business development areas
- Knowledgeable about the legal regulations in the real estate sector, licensing processes, and zoning regulations
- Experienced in project feasibility, cost analysis, and return on investment calculations
- Strong corporate presentation, reporting, and financial literacy skills
- Capable of taking an active role in strategic planning and decision-making processes, possessing a visionary perspective.
- Team management, leadership, and change management skills developed
- Result and goal-oriented, capable of combining a commercial perspective with technical expertise
- Proficient in advanced English (preferably with knowledge of a second foreign language)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Marketing Oriented:
- Positioning of real estate projects in the market, conducting target audience analyses and creating sales strategies
- Determining, tracking sales targets and managing team performance
- Preparing marketing budgets, implementing advertising, promotion, and digital strategies
- Managing corporate customer and investor relations, developing sustainable business relationships
- Continuously monitoring market trends, competitive analyses and investor expectations
Technical & Investment Oriented:
- Conducting feasibility studies, cost analysis, and project planning in real estate development processes
- Coordination with architectural and technical teams, controlling project implementation processes
- Preparing reports to support the company's investment decisions
- Executing projects in compliance with legal regulations, quality, and sustainability standards
Management & Strategy:
- Creating and implementing the company's strategic roadmap together with the General Manager
- Managing and developing sales, marketing, and project teams
- Conducting presentations and reports within the scope of investor relations
- Evaluating new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives
