We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client operating in the Automotive supply industry. This role will be based in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• Proven experience in the automotive industry and working with dealer/distributor sales channels
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and market share
• Manage all marketing processes, including brand management, product launches, trade marketing, digital marketing and communication activities
• Drive sales and brand growth through effective campaigns and activities in the dealer/distributor channel
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance and development goals
