Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or Digital Business) is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the retail sector
- Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms and digital business operations
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and driving growth in digital channels
- Strongly sales- and growth-oriented, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and business performance
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
- Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies across multiple channels
- Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable business initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to improve business processes
- Proficient in MS Office and other business tools
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer experience, and align with overall business objectives
- Continuously enhance the online customer experience across all touchpoints, focusing on usability, engagement, and satisfaction
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment between online and offline channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives and align e-commerce objectives with overall business goals
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, revenue, and customer retention
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to optimize product assortment, promotions, and digital campaigns
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive innovation and process improvements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency in digital channels
- Develop e-commerce strategies to enhance sales performance, optimize customer experience, and effectively manage international operational processes including warehouse, logistics, shipping, and customer service
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the e-commerce team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the e-commerce division
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements across all e-commerce operations
