We are seeking an “After Sales Services Manager” for our multinational client operating in the manufacturing sector. The position will be responsible for managing all after-sales service operations across Turkey and will report directly to the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in after-sales services, service management, or customer satisfaction
- Strong command of English
- Proficiency in CRM, reporting, and operational management processes
- Experience in team management, outsourced service structures, and supplier relations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Istanbul region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure seamless execution of after-sales processes across Turkey
- Manage service operations, coordinate outsourced service partners, and monitor performance
- Oversee spare parts procurement processes and ensure parts recovery from scrap materials
- Manage return products, scrap processes, and cost optimization activities
- Handle relationships with internal and external suppliers and coordinate related processes
- Track service fees, manage approval flows, and oversee payment processes
- Monitor customer complaints received through social media and complaint-tracking platforms such as sikayetvar.com, and ensure timely resolution
- Respond to requests from auditors and the sales team
- Improve the CRM system based on customer feedback and business needs
- Prepare monthly reports and present them to the CEO
