QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with a significant portion in manufacturing finance, cost controlling, or production-focused financial management.
• Proven experience in the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong command of costing models, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial activities for the production sites, including cost controlling, cost analysis, standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing P&L ownership.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with operational priorities.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support operational excellence, capacity planning, productivity improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
• Drive improvements in cost structure, inventory controls, working capital management, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Plant Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure tight alignment of financial KPIs with production performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and detailed analyses for senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor finance team members across the manufacturing footprint.
