We’re looking for “Quality Manager” for our customer which is operating in automotive parts production industry and based in Gebze and Manisa. This role will be hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in quality management within the automotive industry
• Strong expertise in Supplier Quality processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc.)
• No travel restrictions; willing to travel as required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all quality processes across the organization
• Take full responsibility for Supplier Quality Management, including supplier audits, evaluations, and performance improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Manage internal and external audits, customer complaints, and corrective and preventive actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality
• Coordinate quality-related activities with internal departments and suppliers
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
