We are seeking an Export Area Sales Manager for our leading client, which has a long-established history in Turkey’s textile industry and operates actively in international markets.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B international sales within the textile industry
• Strong knowledge of and experience in the European market
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (native-level proficiency)
• No restrictions on international travel
• Strong understanding of operational processes with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage sampling, lab dip/strike-off (band) and order processes end-to-end
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills; result-oriented and able to work in a multifunctional environment
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Söke / Kuşadası / Aydın and surrounding areas

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio, primarily in European markets
• Identifying and developing new customers and business opportunities
• Managing order-based and seasonal sales processes
• Handling sample requests and closely following up on sample development processes
• Coordinating and monitoring lab dip / strike-off (band) order processes
• Managing post-sales operational processes (orders, lead times, shipments, etc.)
• Working in close coordination with sales support and order entry teams
