We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our client operating in the industrial machinery manufacturing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or group companies
• Deep knowledge of Turquality, Incentive, and TUBITAK processes is a must
• Practical experience with Inflation Accounting is required
• Advanced proficiency is mandatory
• Strong "Hands-on" approach. Willingness to handle operational details (e.g., stock counts, contract signatures, detailed ledger checks) personally
• Advanced English is required for international reporting
• CPA (SMMM) license is must

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and control Inflation Accounting adjustments in accordance with current legislation
• Hands-on management of VAT Refund process and calculations
• Manage the full lifecycle of Investment Incentive Certificates (YTB), Turquality, TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and SGK Incentives
• Oversee applications for Ministry of Trade supports (Fair participation, Market Entry, Branding)
• Manage Free Zone accounting transactions, warehouse entries/exits, and transition processes; ensure employees are informed and compliant
• Ensure strict compliance with Legal Regulations, and prepare all tax declarations (Vat, Withholdings, Corporate Tax, Provisional Tax)
• Coordinate with the Company Lawyer for lawsuits, contracts, and e-trade ministry transactions; oversee General Assembly preparations
• Hands-on management of daily accounting tasks including fixed assets (amortization), expense accruals, and intercompany reconciliations
• Manage the full month-end closing process, including stock counts (inventory checks) and cost of goods sold calculations
