We’re looking for a Planning Manager for our client, an engineering and production company leading global projects.This role reports directly to the Plant Director.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering departments,
• Minimum 10 years of planning experience,
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
• Solution and result-oriented,
• Planning and organization skills,
• Able to manage stress,
• Excellent communication and management skills,
• Advanced Netsis and E-flow knowledge,
• Primavera knowledge will be an asset,
• Candidates who lives in Izmir will be our priority.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing workforce and capacity plans for factory manufacturing of products and equipment in line with project technical conditions and details after kick-off meetings,
• Identifying items that are bottlenecks in processes and carrying out solution-oriented studies for these items,
• Ensuring coordination with all departments regarding ongoing and newly started projects
• Calculating the workforce required to deliver projects on time and sharing them with the necessary departments,
• Carrying out studies to determine resource needs (labor, process, equipment, subcontracted labor),
• Preparing and presenting periodic activity reports regarding areas of responsibility,
• Carrying out activities to improve the workflows and processes of the unit for which he/she is responsible.
