We’re looking for a Mechanical Production Manager for our client, an engineering and production company leading global projects.This role reports directly to the Plant Director.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Departments
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• At least 5 Years of Machinery Manufacturing Industry Experience
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written
• Proficient in advanced Solidworks, AutoCAD and MS Office Programs
• Team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Communication and organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating production plans and managing production processes
• Ensuring the management of production teams
• Carrying out audits and improving quality control processes
• Management of continuous improvement projects to increase production efficiency
• To ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety standards
• To ensure production with different material groups. (Plumbing, plastic etc.)
• To carry out the necessary follow-up for regular maintenance and repair of welding machines, fusion welding machines, hand tools and CNC machines used in the manufacturing stages
• To ensure that the daily and weekly maintenance of the machines is carried out regularly and completely
