REQUIREMENTS

• Over 15 years of proven experience in technology leadership roles in the manufacturing sector, preferably in cosmetics.
• Solid track record in SAP integration and digital transformation, including change leadership in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology partnerships.
• Experience in managing IT budgets with a focus on cost optimization and business value creation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Fluent in English; Turkish is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals in retail and manufacturing operations.
• Lead ERP integration projects and digital transformation initiatives, driving operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Implement and manage robust cybersecurity frameworks, information security policies, and ISO 27001 processes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and technology partners to drive innovation and cost efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, including CapEx and OpEx, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Champion sustainable technology solutions to support corporate ESG objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing IT and digital team.
• Define, lead, and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee ERP integration and optimization, ensuring seamless operations between manufacturing, supply chain, finance, retail, and e-commerce systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment of advanced analytics, AI-driven personalization, and customer engagement tools.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
• Build and nurture strong vendor and technology partner relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement, scalability, and innovation adoption.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and optimize CapEx and OpEx budgets for IT, ensuring maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
• Champion sustainable technology practices and green IT initiatives to support the company’s ESG goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT & Digital team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze technology trends in the retail and cosmetics sector to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Oversee IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and reliable operations.
