QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong background in retail or luxury retail environments
- Proven experience operating as a standalone HR lead within fast-paced, customer-centric organizations
- Experience building HR structures, policies, and processes within growing / scaling organizations and actively contributing to institutionalization efforts
- Demonstrated success in partnering directly with General Manager / senior leadership on people strategy and organizational decisions
- Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll, personnel administration and compliance processes independently
- Strong knowledge of local labor law, social security regulations and disciplinary procedures
- Solid understanding of retail workforce dynamics, including store operations, incentive schemes and shift-based structures
- Experience designing and implementing performance management and compensation frameworks aligned with business growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial priorities into people strategies
- Strategic, analytical and results-oriented mindset combined with strong operational execution capability
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own and lead the full Human Resources function, acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager and supporting the company’s growth journey
- Shape and execute the people agenda in alignment with business priorities, expansion plans and brand positioning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across headquarters and store operations, ensuring attraction and retention of high-performing retail talent
- Design and continuously enhance performance management and incentive frameworks aligned with luxury retail standards
- Fully execute payroll processes, including calculations, attendance tracking, social security declarations and all personnel administration with full compliance
- Lead employee relations and disciplinary processes, ensuring alignment with labor legislation and company policies
- Partner closely with store managers and leadership team to strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce brand culture and elevate the employee experience
- Ensure workforce planning and organizational structuring support sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Provide leadership with people analytics and insights to support decision-making and long-term talent planning
