GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of experience, at least 5 of which in digital product / mobile application growth roles
• Experience scaling in an app-based business model
• Managed the entire growth funnel from acquisition to retention
• Strong business and strategic perspective; ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
• Experience in P&L, budgeting, and unit economics management
• Has a culture of data-driven decision making; strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience working closely and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in regulated or dynamic markets is a plus
• Strong leadership, team development, and executive communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing and implementing the company's short, medium, and long-term growth strategy
• End-to-end ownership of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization processes specifically for the mobile application
• Managing growth dynamics in a balanced and sustainable manner
• Designing KPI sets and growth dashboards; regularly tracking cohort, funnel, and unit economics analyses
• Ensuring the efficiency of growth investments, including LTV/CAC optimization and budget management
• Conducting strategic evaluations on new revenue models, new segments, and potential business areas
• Developing creative and sustainable growth areas in the regulated mobility market
• Working in an integrated manner with product, data, performance marketing, CRM, and field teams
