We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client which is a global company operating in İzmir with a focus on project-based manufacturing.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer-specific projects and will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring the effective management of both strategic and operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in project-based manufacturing environments
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Advanced analytical thinking, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end management of projects in line with customer requirements
• Managing all communication processes with the customer and maintaining strong business relationships
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, and budget targets
• Coordinating effectively with internal departments and stakeholders
• Identifying and assessing project risks and taking necessary actions
• Providing regular project status reports to senior management
