GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 1–5 years of experience as a young engineer
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Ability to perform failure analysis and apply root cause methods (RCA)
• Knowledge of SAP systems used in maintenance processes
• High motivation to work actively in field operations
• Proficient in technical English with a willingness to learn German
• Motivated to build a global career and open to international mobility
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities on production machinery and equipment
• Apply fundamental maintenance engineering knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation systems
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and breakdowns
• Use SAP/CMMS systems for maintenance activities, documentation and reporting
• Work closely with production, maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability
• Participate in specialized maintenance training focused on the company’s machine park and production equipment
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma training to support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with international teams and support global maintenance standards implementation
• Participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions with managers in Germany to support professional development and role readiness
• Continue developing German language skills to support effective communication in an international work environment
• Prepare for compliance with German occupational safety standards and regulations
• Gain foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) principles and apply them in daily operations
