QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within complex and structured industrial environments.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional operations with responsibility across multiple operational disciplines.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing excellence, supply chain, procurement, quality and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational transformation, productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong strategic perspective combined with the ability to translate strategy into effective operational execution.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a results-oriented management approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Çerkezköy.

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and growth objectives.
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and quality functions, ensuring efficiency, reliability and sustainable performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies focused on productivity, cost optimization, capacity, quality and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key operational KPIs, translating business priorities into measurable performance targets.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational capabilities.
• Ensure effective planning and utilization of resources, capacity and investments in line with short- and long-term business requirements.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless integration across the entire operational value chain.
