Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Brand Management or Category Management within FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or distribution industries.
- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, financial planning, and commercial analysis.
- Solid knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy and profitability management.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full P&L performance of the assigned brand(s), ensuring the achievement of sales, revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable growth targets.
- Adapt global brand strategies and product roadmaps to the Turkish market while ensuring alignment with local business objectives.
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies, commercial plans, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Manage the product portfolio, including product launches, delisting decisions, and the overall product lifecycle.
- Lead demand forecasting, order planning, and inventory optimization processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop pricing strategies and continuously monitor product profitability to maximize commercial performance.
- Manage marketing investments, A&P budgets, and commercial activation plans in line with business priorities.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance on a regular basis and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify channel-specific growth opportunities and execute commercial action plans.
- Increase brand visibility and commercial performance across distributor, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Partner with the Marketing Communications team to shape media, PR, influencer, and integrated communication strategies.
- Work closely with Training teams to develop product education programs that enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with global brand headquarters and represent the company on international platforms.
- Track launch performance, return on marketing investments (ROI), brand health metrics, and other key commercial KPIs, providing regular insights and reports to senior management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team by driving performance, capability building, and alignment with overall business objectives.
