We are seeking a Budget and Reporting Specialist for our client operating in the manufacturing industry. This role based in Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis or controlling
• Preferably experience in the manufacturing / industrial sector
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and strong reporting capabilities
• Good command of English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the annual budget, rolling forecast and budget revision processes
• Prepare and monitor production cost budgets, operating expenses, and CAPEX reports
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures and provide clear explanations
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic financial and management reports
• Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis and operational performance reporting
• Prepare product cost, unit cost and capacity utilization reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal procedures
• Support KPI reporting, dashboards and performance tracking activities
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing required reports and documentation
• Identify improvement opportunities in reporting and budgeting processes
