Description

We are seeking a Marketing Business Development Manager to join a reputable local brand with an expanding international footprint and a production in the Aegean Region.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the FMCG sector (preferably in Trade Marketing, Market Research, Sales, or Category Management)
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with market research tools and data sources (e.g. Nielsen, panel data, customer and field research)
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
  • Ability to translate numerical data into actionable commercial initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops and manages channel- and customer-based trade marketing strategies
  • Analyzes market research, sales data, and field insights and translates them into actionable plans
  • Ensures effective execution of launch, promotion, and activation plans across sales channels
  • Adapts brand and category strategies to in-market execution
  • Regularly monitors and analyzes channel performance, promotion effectiveness, and commercial KPIs
  • Transforms quantitative and qualitative data into insights and identifies areas for continuous improvement
  • Provides senior management with clear, data-driven, and actionable recommendations
