We are looking for an “Export Sales Manager” responsible for the Middle East, North Africa and Russia regions on behalf of our client, a subsidiary of one of Turkey’s well-established holding companies.

The position will report directly to the General Manager responsible for sales and is based in Istanbul.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of engineering departments from universities
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive sector
• Commercial experience in the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia regions
• Excellent command of English (knowledge of Arabic and/or Russian as a second language is preferred)
• Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset
• No restrictions for international travel
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Residing or able to reside in Istanbul, Kocaeli or Gebze

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales activities in the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia regions
• Maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors, and develop new business partnerships
• Develop and implement regional strategies in line with sales targets
• Conduct market and competitor analyses, and develop strategies for entering new markets
• Prepare and report annual budgets and sales plans
• Actively participate in projects aimed at increasing customer satisfaction
• Participate in regional fairs and events
• Represent the company during international travel
