We are seeking a Finance & Controlling Manager for our client operating in the manufacturing industry. This role based in Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and controlling (preferably in manufacturing companies)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting and financial analysis
• Proven experience in IFRS reporting
• Solid background in accounting and treasury processes
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Manage IFRS reporting and ensure compliance with international standards
• Oversee accounting processes and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage treasury operations including cash flow, liquidity and banking relationships
• Develop and improve financial controlling systems and processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
