We are looking for an ‘’Finance Team Leader’’ for our client operating in the industrial machinery manufacturing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in finance preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, working capital optimization and financial risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all treasury and financing operations to ensure optimal liquidity and sustainable cash flow management.
• Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting aligned with production planning and operational needs.
• Optimize working capital components, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions; negotiate credit facilities and financing agreements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.
• Analyze production costs, margins, and operational KPIs to improve profitability.
