QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with 10+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law and Personal Data Protection Law
• Experience in legal due diligence, litigation process, contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation
• Proven experience advising senior executives and managing complex legal matters
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication and decision-making skills
• Experience advising multinational clients and managing cross-border transactions
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Commercial mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing legal assistance to the national and multinational clients on a wide range of the corporate matters
• Provide ongoing corporate advisory services, including corporate governance, shareholders' matters and regulatory compliance
• Provide strategic legal advice to the national and multinational clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team of the Clients, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements
• Lead and manage domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and closing processes
• Advise clients on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR and Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK), as well as related compliance projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Supervise and mentor team and junior lawyers where appropriate
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client presentations and legal publications
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and risk management frameworks that enable business growth
• Drafting, revising and negotiating all kinds of agreements, preparing all sorts of legal documents including correspondence with the authorities
