QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related disciplines; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in market insights, consumer intelligence, strategy, business analytics, or commercial excellence within retail, e-commerce, or consumer-driven sectors
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics and customer journey analytics
• Proven experience in translating large-scale data into commercial actions and strategic recommendations
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
• Experience working with executive leadership teams in fast-paced and matrix organizations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Fluent English is required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the overall market intelligence and consumer insights strategy for the organization
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, category performance, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership regarding market opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning
• Build advanced reporting and analytics frameworks to enhance commercial performance and customer engagement
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, CRM, E-Commerce, and Finance teams to support growth initiatives
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, market share evaluations, and trend forecasting studies
• Drive customer segmentation and shopper insights projects to strengthen brand positioning and customer loyalty
• Translate data into meaningful business narratives and executive-level presentations
• Lead and develop high-performing insights and analytics teams while fostering a data-driven culture within the organization
• Support strategic planning processes with predictive analysis and market intelligence
