We're seeking a "Marketing Manager" for our client in the packaging industry in Izmir.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical engineer, Chemist
• Proven experience in marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Good command of English
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, print materials, digital content, and promotional items
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
