GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of product development experience in the automotive industry
• Experience working with STELLANTIS, RENAULT, and VOLKSWAGEN customer groups
• Experience in project management for OEM projects
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality processes
• Proficiency in CAD systems and technical design processes
• Good command of English
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• No restrictions on travel
• Experience in steering or suspension system development
• Experience managing projects with global OEM customers
• Knowledge of the IATF 16949 quality management system

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all phases of new product development projects for OEM customers, from concept stage to mass production
• Coordinate projects with R&D, design, quality, production, and purchasing teams
• Maintain technical communication with OEM customers and participate in project meetings
• Manage product development processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and product validation activities
• Plan and follow up prototype production, testing, and validation processes
• Ensure project timelines, cost targets, and quality objectives are achieved
• Evaluate product development opportunities for new vehicle platforms
• Prepare technical reports and project progress reports
