QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Machinery or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4–5+ years of people leadership experience in production/factory environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end factory operations (production, technical, and utilities)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IOS/IWS, Lean principles, continuous improvement, and problem-solving
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
• Fluent English, confident in audits, workshops, and leadership/customer interactions
• Business mindset: ability to translate operational performance into measurable business impact

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, technical, and utility functions
• Drive team performance and execution of factory and group strategy
• Ensure effective deployment of IOS/IWS principles in daily operations
• Maintain full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (local and global)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and loss elimination
• Manage change and transformation initiatives, including systems and technology shifts, with structured communication and risk mitigation
• Represent the factory in audits, workshops, customer visits, and leadership events
