We are seeking a Planning Executive to join a reputable local brand with an expanding international footprint and a production in the Aegean Region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Planning Department within the FMCG, food or beverage industry,
• Knowledge of Netsis ERP/MRP systems and planning processes,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Residing in İzmir or willing to relocate to İzmir.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure production is carried out on time, with high quality and efficiency by planning capacity, materials, workforce, and time.
• Perform capacity planning to ensure the effective utilization of production resources.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely procurement of required materials.
• Monitor the implementation of daily and weekly production plans.
• Analyze deviations in production plans and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor and report production planning performance and lead process improvement initiatives.
