We are seeking a Planning Team Leader to join the organization of our client, a leading company in the packaging industry based in İzmir, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields),
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning processes,
• At least 3 years of experience in team management,
• Expertise in production, material, capacity, raw material, procurement, and inventory planning,
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems with strong reporting and analytical skills,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments,
• Result-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing end-to-end processes of production, material, capacity, and raw material planning,
• Coordinating procurement and inventory management activities,
• Leading, developing, and monitoring the performance of the planning team,
• Ensuring cost efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery across all planning activities,
• Developing planning methods tailored to packaging production processes,
• Working in close coordination with production, logistics, procurement, and other relevant teams under the Supply Chain Manager,
• Contributing to continuous process improvement and playing an active role in digitalization projects.
