We are looking for an experienced “Plant Manager” with a strong background in maintenance and production to lead Chemical Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring effiency, reliability, and leading e team of professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical)
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, senior maintenance or production with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the similar industries.
• Preferably have held positions such as Factory Manager or senior roles in Fertilizer Companies.
• Especially those with experience in nitric acid and CAN (Calcium Ammonium Nitrate) plants.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, raw materials, and quality control standards.
• Proven track record in operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost reduction.
• Experience in managing multi-site operations and leading large teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong konwledge of maintenance planning, predictive and prevent maintenance techniques.
• Solid understanding of lean nanufacturing and other operational excellence methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of multiple production plants, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure the plant’s operations are initiated in collaboration with relevant departments and in line with project plans.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all production facilities.
• Develop sustainability plans for the plant and enhance process safety effectiveness.
• Lead and manage plant managers and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments to align production with market demands.
• Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and sustainability.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
