We’re seeking a Production Manager with experience in technical textiles for our client, which specializes in advanced nanofiber production technologies. This role is based in Bergama/İzmir.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production and process management (preferably in technical textiles or nonwoven industries)
• Strong technical knowledge of textile chemistry, lamination, coating, and finishing processes
• Proven skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production reporting tools
• Innovative, analytical, results-oriented, and strong communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and improve the operational efficiency of the nanofiber production line
• Ensure quality and sustainability targets are met in lamination, coating, finishing processes, and other supporting manufacturing methods
• Implement innovative approaches and continuous improvement projects within production processes
• Prepare production plans, coordinate teams, and monitor performance
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health & safety, environmental standards, and quality management systems
• Provide regular production and efficiency reports to senior management
