We are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor for our client operating in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in raw material, packaging and service procurement processes. Advanced English proficiency is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and contract management processes
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office applications and good knowledge of Netsis ERP
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
• Strong communication and representation skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, packaging materials and services
• Ensuring the timely procurement of purchase orders and work orders in line with required delivery schedules
• Collecting supplier quotations, conducting price analyses, and managing negotiation processes
• Preparing, monitoring and renewing procurement contracts
• Planning, monitoring and controlling the supply of general materials and raw materials
• Monitoring supplier performance and leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Conducting supplier market research and onboarding new suppliers
• Managing subcontract manufacturing processes, conducting subcontract cost analyses and negotiating pricing agreements
• Ensuring the operational flow of subcontract manufacturing processes through the ERP system
• Tracking shipment and delivery processes of purchased materials
• Coordinating closely with inventory, production and quality departments
• Developing cost-saving procurement strategies through detailed cost analysis
• Preparing procurement reports and presenting them to management
