QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality control, preferably in the mining industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven experience in ISO/IEC 17025 systems and accredited laboratory practices
• TURKAK accreditation audit experience is a must
• Self-driven with strong communication skills and flexibility
• Must demonstrate strong ethics and interpersonal skills
• Analytical-minded, people-oriented, and highly motivated
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and speaking
• Must reside in Erzincan

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation, control, and approval of laboratory Quality Management System documents
• Establishing and managing the quality system in accordance with the 'TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories' standard
• Detection of internal quality audits and compliance and effectiveness of the quality system
• Documentation prepared according to quality standards of the laboratory, organization of internal preparation activities, and conducting TURKAK accreditation audits
• Preparation of the laboratory performance report within the framework of the Quality System Internal Audit Program
• Coordination between suppliers and customers regarding Quality Management System issues
• Preparation of documents within the authority, conducting analyses, and approval of device instructions
• Management of corrective and preventive actions and tracking of nonconformities along with corrective and preventive actions
