Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Advanced level of English (preferably with technical reading/writing skills)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales management and order processes
  • Experience in the defense industry or technical products sector is an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; ability to manage digital sales processes
  • Proven track record in monitoring and reporting sales KPIs (revenue, profitability, sales conversion rate, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Technical knowledge to effectively coordinate with R&D and project teams
  • Strong team management skills, including motivation, performance evaluation, and process improvement experience
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a disciplined approach to target and result tracking
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making abilities
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills
  • No travel restrictions; active driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and manage regional sales strategies and targets
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term business relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify and engage with potential customers and evaluate business opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales and order process, ensuring smooth coordination with operations and logistics teams
  • Oversee spare parts and service sales processes, including quotation and order management
  • Collaborate with R&D and project management teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities
  • Monitor regional sales performance and ensure KPI targets are met (customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability, sales conversion rate, number of new customers, etc.)
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management; develop strategic improvement proposals
  • Lead and manage the performance of the sales team; create training and development plans
  • Establish a regional sales network and develop strategic business partnerships
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to enhance competitive advantage
  • Provide regular, data-driven feedback to the analysis team
